En aquest article, compartim estrat\u00e8gies efectives per fer la llar m\u00e9s segura i reduir el risc de caigudes.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Millora la Il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 a la Llar<\/h3>\n<p>Una il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 adequada \u00e9s fonamental per evitar caigudes, especialment en \u00e0rees d&#8217;alta activitat com passadissos, escales i banys.
